Tom nodded.

Now Tom understood, Santa was just a stand-in for all the innocence they had lost.

Harry stared at Draco.

Draco stared right back.

It was a familiar game and Harry narrowed his eyes as if concentrating. That earned him a smirk.

"Nope," Harry said, "still not psychic, you're just going to have to tell me what you want for Christmas apart from me, naked in a big bow."

In Harry's opinion there were some traditions worth keeping and that was one of them, but he could have done without the whole 'guessing what would make Draco squeal with delight like a five year old when he unwrapped it' game that was also a holiday ritual.

A male named Chance, from our last litter in 2008, went to some friends who already had an older female, Cuddles. Hoping to have puppies, Cuddles was not in season at convenient times, so our friends decided that a litter wouldn't work out. Author's Notes: This fic is based on some elements of Manna Francis's original slash The Administration Series . I have made no attempt to live up to the incredible depth of Manna's Administration universe. I have simply touched the surface of the Toreth/Warrick relationship and infused parts of their dynamic into Harry/Draco and the HP world. I also stole Sara, and shamelessly tweaked her role to fit with this fic. This fic keeps all of DH canon, minus the Epilogue. It is intended to be comprehensible to anyone who has not read the Admin Series.
